Shipping

Once shipped, I accept 50% of the responsibility for the item. Once delivered, I relinquish all control. Please ensure the shipping address is a place for safe delivery so that the items are not illegally taken by a third party. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances, excluding the fault or inability of the artist. All policies are in place to protect myself as a seller and are non-negotiable. 

Returns

I do not accept returns, unless under extenuating circumstances. All items are shipped via USPS. All bouquets, along with most items, will be shipped Priority 2-Day to ensure tracking and insurance for the item.
